SunSetter Awnings Warranties

Every SunSetter awning model automatically comes with a manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our SunSetter Series awning models — and optional awning accessories — come with a 5-Year Limited Warranty while our Platinum Series awning models —and optional awning accessories — come with a 10-Year Limited Warranty.

EasyShade Warranties

Our EasyShade models come standard with a manufacturer's 5-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For Solar-powered models, the solar panel assembly and battery pack are warranted for three (3) years.

All-Weather Warranties

For the ultimate peace of mind, we offer optional All-Weather Limited Warranties (AWW) for our SunSetter Awnings and EasyShades. These warranties provide additional protection to your investment, even against damage due to severe weather and storms. Click the links below to learn more.

30-Day Home Trial

Use your SunSetter Product at home for 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied, simply return it for a full refund of your purchase price less shipping and restocking fee (10%). That's how sure we are that you are going to love our products. You may return any SunSetter product purchased directly from SunSetter for a full refund for any reason during the first 30 days starting from your product ship date, provided it has not been subjected to owner abuse or to excessive wind or water pooling on the canopy.

You must notify our Customer Service Department by calling 1-800-670-7071, before returning any purchase. Once we have sent you a Return Authorization Form, you can return the product within the 30-Day period. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund your product purchase price or the amount you have paid toward it on your specific payment plan. Applies only to products purchased directly from SunSetter. The product must be shipped in its original packaging, according to instructions. Any damage due to improper packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
